Siddharth Dilawri is the owner of the Filibuster Distillery. Siddharth Dilawri was brought up in India and moved to the USA in 2010. He has an experienced in all fields of business like operations, management, and sales. Sid Dilawri has been an influential communicator who recognizes and holds trust in teammates to reach business goals. Being a joyful person, Sid Dilawri always believes that something incredible is about to happen. His never giving up attitude has always brought him a step ahead in his personal and professional life.

Anup Patel

Anup Patel is a brand ambassador covering our Florida market. He moved to America at the age of 15. Anup has diverse work experience ranging from retail, sales, and healthcare, to hospitality. Lucky for us he found his true passion in the hospitality industry. He has been bartending and managing bars for almost a decade. Anup enjoys learning about new spirits and the history behind the origin because it helps him create unique cocktails. Anup enjoys spending his free time hanging out by the beach or hiking extreme mountains.

JO-JO VALENZUELA

Jo-Jo Valenzuela is the brand ambassador of Filibuster distillery, covering DC, MD, VA, and DE. He is an award-winning professional bartender turned chef in the D.C. metropolitan area. He is the chef and co-owner of The Game Sports Pub, and Tiki on 18 th in Adams Morgan, Washington D.C. He won numerous titles as a bartender, including 2015 DC’s 8th Annual Rickey Champion; 2015 Margarita Wars Judges’ Vote Champion; 2013 and 2014 BBG Annual Best Martini in D.C; and Bourbon Steak’s 2013 DC Old Fashioned Throwdown, just to name a few.

Jo-Jo is a certified TiPS (Training for Intervention ProcedureS) trainer, and was commended by U.S. Senators Tim Kaine and Mark Warner for his hard work to prevent alcohol-related incidents across Virginia. He is also a certified ServSafe Instructor and registered proctor. In 2015, he founded Jo-Jo The Barkeep Consulting, and is considered as one of D.C. metro area’s busiest food and beverage consultants. Jo-Jo previously did some brand work with Beefeater and Plymouth Gins, and Absolut Elyx.

With 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Jo-Jo has opened, worked, managed, and consulted for some of the area’s most successful high-volume bars and upscale restaurants.

Mark Greenhalgh

Mark joined Filibuster Distillery as Brand Manager for Georgia, Tennessee & Alabama. Having spent the early years of his career working in bars, restaurants & hotels, Mark comes to Filibuster having spent time working within brand marketing, consumer sales and more recently in beverage marketing.

I am driven by a passion for growing the spirit audience within the USA and helping consumers uncover the beauty of spirits. My desire is to create within people a curiosity and thirst for exploring the nuances & complexity of spirits. I thrive on being able to engage people and to encourage them to learn about spirits.

Mitch Cannon

Mitch Cannon is the Brand Manager for Filibuster Distillery in the states of Virginia and North Carolina. He was born and raised in Northern Virginia and has been working in the hospitality / foodservice industry for close to 15 years. Mitch has held nearly every front of house position in restaurants across the DMV with concepts ranging from high volume sports bars to more upscale and fine-dining
restaurants.
With Mitch’s knowledge for the restaurant industry combined with his passion for whiskey and whiskey culture, it was a no brainer when approached by Filibusters main Brand Ambassador Jo-Jo Valenzuela to join the Filibuster team. His favorite activities include hiking, biking, and any outdoor activities as well as attending live music concerts. Currently, Mitch’s favorite Filibuster product is the Single Estate Single Barrel Bourbon with the wheated mash bill.
